Water Rescue Operations

August 22nd and 23rd 2009

This weekend, members of the fire department gathered early Saturday morning for the start of our Water Rescue Class.  The majority of Saturday was classroom sessions and Sunday entirely outside in the water.  This course taught all members very important lessons ranging from throw bag techniques to crossing swift moving water.  Everyone had a great time and would like to thank both instructors for instructing everyone on this very valuable skill.
